Add SKU without breaking profit history
Use this when Shopee shows a new product/model that does not yet exist in the COGS master. The effective date lets old orders keep their old cost logic.
- Add the internal online SKU and per-unit COGS with an effective start date.
- Map the unresolved Shopee item/model to that internal SKU.
- Refresh Profit Dashboard; orders with settlement can become profit-ready.
