This management console has been retired from the active StarClick workflow. Product profitability now uses actual settlement or Shopee escrow revenue together with effective-dated landed COGS from the Product Price Book.

Historical fee rules remain preserved in the database for audit and legacy reconciliation compatibility. They cannot be changed from the website.
